The Gallery® Steel three-layer construction provides exceptional strength, energy efficiency and dent resistance as well as a beautiful carriage house appearance. The 2″ or 1-3/8″ thickness of Intellicore® polyurethane or bonded polystyrene insulation and thermal break makes these doors heat and cold resistant while the tongue-and-groove joint helps seal out wind, rain and snow. Available in short and long panels with multiple window options, the three-layer Gallery® Steel is virtually maintenance-free, so the first fabulous impression becomes a lasting impression.

Design Customization
Insulation options include 2″ or 1-3/8″ Intellicore® polyurethane, 2″ or 1-3/8″ polystyrene or 1-5/16″ vinyl backed polystyrene. Insulated door R-values range from 6.5 to 18.4.

Garage doors with Intellicore insulation technology are the ultimate smart choice for homeowners. Clopay’s Intellicore is a special polyurethane foam injected into the garage door, expanding to fill the entire structure. The result? A door with remarkable strength, energy efficiency, and durability.
Additional Features
- Rust-Prevention System: The steel skins are shielded with a robust, multi-layer coating system, including hot-dipped galvanizing, a protective metal oxide pretreatment, followed by a baked-on primer and top coat.
- A replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer helps prevent air and water infiltration.
- A patented Safe-T-Bracket® prevents serious injury that could occur if the bottom bracket were removed with the garage door closed and under tension.
- All Intellicore® insulated doors come standard with 10-ball nylon rollers and heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges.
- The product complies with the 2015 IECC air infiltration requirement of 0.40 cfm/ft2 or less (IECC, Section C402.5.2).
- Window grilles are removable for easy cleaning.
