My garage door wouldn't open and I called Door Doctor to find out what the problem was. I called early on a Thursday and they gave me a four hour window that same day which I was very happy with. Then I was pleasantly surprised when they called and said they could get someone out earlier within the hour. The technician was very courteous and quickly figured out the problem. When I asked if he would also lubricate the mechanics if needed, he told me that he had already done that - it's something they do automatically for any service call.
