Canyon Ridge® Carriage House 5-Layer garage doors capture the charm of old-world carriage style doors in a durable, moisture-resistant construction. Composite overlays give you a low-maintenance wood alternative that looks and feels like the real thing, and the peace of mind that comes from having a superior insulated steel core construction. Choose from two species: Clear Cypress or Mahogany, and a variety of paint and stain colors to create a custom look. The result is a stunning carriage house door you will enjoy for years to come.

Faux wood-look composite
Faux wood composite cladding and overlay materials are molded from real wood pieces to reproduce the natural texture and grain patterns of the species they emulate. Choose from Clear Cypress or Mahogany in a variety of paint and stain colors to create your door.
Design Customization
Twelve door designs with optional windows and decorative hardware. Available primed, painted or stained in eight standard finishes. ColorBlast® custom paint colors also offered in 1,500 shades.
Insulation
2″-thick Intellicore® polyurethane foam insulation with a thermal break. R-values range from 18.4 – 20.4 depending on the design.

Clopay’s Intellicore is a proprietary polyurethane foam that is injected into a garage door, expanding to fill the entire structure. The result is a door with incredible strength, energy efficiency, and durability.
Additional Features
- Rust-Prevention System: The steel is protected by a multi-layer coating, including hot-dipped galvanizing, a protective metal oxide pretreatment, and a baked-on primer and topcoat.
- A replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-resistant aluminum holder keeps out air and water.
- The patented Safe-T-Bracket® prevents serious injury if the bottom bracket is removed while the garage door is closed and under tension.
- All Intellicore® insulated doors come with 10-ball nylon rollers and heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges.
- The product meets the 2015 IECC air infiltration standard of 0.40 cfm/ft² or less (IECC, Section C402.5.2).
- Window grilles are removable for easy cleaning.
