I have used Door Doctor on multiple occasions, most recently yesterday. I have always been pleased with the service they provide. They have installed a new garage door opener, replaced an old spring, and yesterday, they repaired the problem with the garage door not opening. My garage door wouldn't open and I called Door Doctor to find out what the problem was. I called early on a Thursday and they gave me a four hour window that same day which I was very happy with. Then I was pleasantly surprised when they called and said they could get someone out earlier within the hour. The technician was very courteous and quickly figured out the problem. When I asked if he would also lubricate the mechanics if needed, he told me that he had already done that - it's something they do automatically for any service call. Absolutely great service! Fellow veteran came out and fixed the issue with my garage door and gave me tips on things to do to make it run more smoothly. They showed up right on time and there were no hidden fees or any issues at all. Very reasonably priced and worked around my schedule. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good garage door repair company.
